Humans welcome the shade provided by a tree’s leaf-filled branches. Some families enjoy the chance to eat the fruit that grows on one or more of the fruit trees in the home’s yard. The inevitable consequence of any steps that could be taken for removing a large trunk and its branches would be the creation of a stump, one that would remain in the yard. That fact highlights the inevitability for development of yet another situation.

Following creation of that space, the homeowner would need to determine how to use it to the greatest advantage. In other words, how could that space be used to ensure a satisfactory return of the money that had been invested in all the previous processes?

A lover of flowers might want to arrange for the transformation of that area of earth, so that it could become a garden. A lover of outdoor entertainment might prefer to arrange for a reshaping of the same dirt, in order to allow for installation of a barbecue pit. Either of those would allow for introduction of a new pleasure, and should impress any potential buyer in the future. Either of them should showcase an investment’s value.
